WHAT IS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA?
According to NRS 453.554, drug paraphernalia is considered as any equipment, material, product, or any object used or designed to be used for cultivating, growing, planting, propagating, manufacturing, harvesting, preparing, compounding, testing, analyzing, converting, producing, packaging, repackaging, containing, injecting, ingesting, concealing, inhaling, storing, or otherwise introducing a controlled substance into the human body. Possession of drug paraphernalia results in a misdemeanor charge, a conviction for this type of drug crime results in jail time and fines.
